Profile

Since 2000 Evergreen has been instrumental in developing outdoor recreation activities, ecology tours and mountain safety courses in the region. With programs that run year-round, we provide safe, sustainable and professional tours to our clients. Evergreen will lead you along a path of excitement,  personal challenge, team-work, and love for the outdoors

Our ski and snowboard school operates throughout winter as the premier place in Hakuba for instruction in English.  As the majority of our winter clients are from abroad we require friendly native English speaking instructors. Instructors will be involved in teaching groups, private lessons, on-resort guiding, kids lessons, powder clinics and assisting in company events. Staff working for the winter season will find stable, secure and satisfying work from December to April.

As is the nature of guiding and instruction we require only responsible instructors who are serious about their profession and are able to adapt to their clients needs. As well as certified instructors we also need office/booking staff and drivers to complete our crew. All staff receive subsidized accommodation (if needed), ski passes for Happo-One, Goryu 47 and Iwatake, lunches on work days and a great work environment.

We are a dedicated team of outdoor guides and instructors who work and play hard, and who love the outdoors and working with people in creating the best experiences possible in all of our many seasonal activities. If this sounds like the kind of place you would like to work in, we look forward to receiving your resume and hopefully working with you this winter!
