The main responsibilities for this position include: Detailed quantity take-offs and preparation of estimates and budgets for tendered and negotiated jobs.  

Load, unload and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

General carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, form work, exterior siding. Steel toed safety boots are a must.
