Guest Services on the Mountain will help to maintain our guest’s comfort level by providing information and direction; encouraging a safe mountain environment, organizing ski lift lines and checking tickets. Mountain Guest Services employees can be asked to maintain vehicle/pedestrian access and safe outdoor operation and may also work as parking lot attendants or shuttle drivers.

A Ski Lift Operator will maintain lift ramps and learn to operate the lift to facilitate safe loading and offloading of guests.  They will assist guests on and off lift seats when needed, monitor and take appropriate action if guest appears at risk for falling from chair, and communicate carefully with other mountain departments to help ensure proper equipment function and minimize risks to gu

Housekeeping service for Sun Valley hotel rooms or condominiums includes general cleaning of rooms and hallways, changing or replacing linens, emptying garbage, replenishing supplies, etc. Some light but consistent lifting and bending is required.  Our housekeeping personnel assist with guest requests and help to make their stay memorable and pleasant.

A Sun Valley Company Lift Technician performs basic lift maintenance using sockets, crescent wrenches, hammers, punches, pliers, screwdrivers, and electrical meters; and aids the Lift Mechanics during general maintenance projects and repairs.

A Kitchen Helper at Sun Valley Company will assist in the preparation of sufficient quantities of pre-cut meats, vegetables, fruits and other items to facilitate the quick preparation of the food line.  A kitchen helper may be asked to do any of the following; store and rotate fresh foods, distribute supplies using hand truck, clean up work areas, kitchen equipment and utensils.

A member of the Wait Staff will take the guest’s food and beverage order, making suggestions and explaining choices, deliver a completed order, maintaining guest satisfaction with attention to detail, prepare the guests check and performing the necessary duties to complete the payment process.

A Hotel Guest Services employee will assist hotel guests by greeting, answering questions, handling messages, assisting with luggage, escorting, and generally servicing their needs.  The primary function of the Sun Valley Bell Service/Guest Services is to provide guests with transportation to and from hotels and assist the guest with their needs throughout their stay.

A Line Cook for Sun Valley Company will assist in preparing, seasoning and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts or other foodstuffs in any of the Sun Valley restaurants and cafeterias.  The line cook also will be asked to help facilitate food prep.

Supports Lead and Shop Mechanics by providing mechanic support to maintain and repair company vehicles.
