| Job Description |
The main responsibilities for this position include: Detailed quantity take-offs and preparation of estimates and budgets for tendered and negotiated jobs. Develop schedules, pro-actively monitor budgets and inspect various stages of construction and accurately estimating percentages of completion. Sub-trade pricing and issuing of sub-contracts. Estimate review and cost analysis. Developing and maintaining database systems for pertinent estimating and budgeting information. Two weeks accommodation can be provided (if available) for qualified applicants. Immediate start date. |
| Required Skills |
Experience in commercial and multi-residential construction, knowledge of labor productivity. Seeking a hands-on professional who spends time understanding owner requirements, reviewing project plans and specifications, performing site visits and investigations, and evaluating the methods to construct our company's most challenging projects. Applicant must be proficient with computer estimating software. Experience with Sage Timberline would be an asset. |
