| Job Description |
Snowboard Instructors here at Evergreen Outdoor Center, Hakuba, Japan, will be involved in teaching groups, private lessons, on-resort guiding, some kids lessons (6 yrs +), powder clinics and assisting in company events. Staff guiding for the winter season will find stable, secure and satisfying work from December to April. As is the nature of guiding and instruction we require only responsible snowboard instructors who are serious about their profession and are able to adapt to the clients needs.

| Required Skills |
We want our staff to feel comfortable and confident with their skills and instruction and as such we require all instructors to hold at minimum a Level 1 Instructor certification. This can be from any country, however needs to be up-to-date and to an internationally recognized standard. Obviously prior instructor experience is a definite addition to your expertise. We also require all our instructors to hold a valid First-Aid & C.P.R. certification as accidents and injuries are an unavoidable risk in activities like skiing and snowboarding. |
