| Job Description |
Lake Crackenback Resort is a four and a half star resort nestled in the Thredbo Valley - half way between Jindabyne township and Thredbo Ski Resort in the Snowy Mountains of NSW. The Resort comprises of 150 acres and over 100 rental properties. We currently operate our renowned restaurant Cuisine on Lake Crackenback and will be opening a new dining facility for winter 2011 - Alpine Larder. We have several Chef positions available for the 2011 ski season. As we will be operating two seperate outlets this winter we are looking for Chef's who would like join our existing team.
