Payment package includes: accommodation & food for the season, ski pass, transport to/from resort, discounted ski & snowboard gear.

Major Duties for the Chalet Chef:

1. Work with the chalet staff to prepare and serve breakfast prompt at 8am; Assist guests with any queries/questions before they head out for the day; Make a cake and lay out afternoon tea. Do any necessary preparation for the evening meal and ensure that the kitchen/dining area is clean and tidy before you leave.

2. With assistance from the chalet staff prepare and serve a four course evening meal with coffee for 7:30pm. Clean-up and make ready for the following morning.

3.. On transfer day you must be available all day in the chalet to assist guests as they depart and greet the new guests with welcome drinks and snacks. As well as your normal morning and evening duties you will have to assist with cleaning the whole chalet and changing linen. It is the responsibility of both chalet staff to ensure the overall cleanliness of the chalet. You must remain in the chalet until all guests have arrived.

4.. Along with your other chalet staff member book all ski lessons & coordinate equipment rental

5. Provide a mini bus service to and from the ski lifts

6. Drive until 1am one night in seven. Provide emergency cover when required along with other employees.
